Their solution maximises marketing and sales opportunities, from identification through to successfully winning
Joining the existing Customer Success team you will assume control of a large client base or around 300 accounts.
Work with them closely to ensure their initial experiences of the platform drive a successful long-term partnership
Once past onboarding, you will assume ownership of then "business as usual" client management; It’s a large portfolio, so you’ll need to be smart with your time and effective with your client management strategy.
The good news, renewals are managed by your account manager, so you can focus on relationship and platform usage
Previous experience in a Customer Success Executive or Manager role, in the SaaS space is preferable.
Otherwise, so B2B client management experience is perfectly workable.

A base salary up to £34k, plus a £12k bonus, unlimited comms and a company bonus
~25 Days holiday, plus BH.
~ Hybrid working, 1x a week in office.
