Circle Health Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead – Health Screening to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in patient care by providing clinical leadership and support within our health screening department.

As a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting best practices within the department. You will work closely with the Director of Clinical Services (DOCS) or Clinical Services Manager (CSM) to oversee the day-to-day operations of the health screening team.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to the health screening team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to established protocols and guidelines for health assessments, including anthropometric measurements, body fat analysis, ECG recording, lung function testing, blood pressure monitoring, phlebotomy, and lifestyle counseling.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new services and initiatives to enhance patient care and improve CQC and audit ratings.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
  • Contribute to the financial management and business planning of the health screening department.
Your Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
  • Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration.
  • Up-to-date knowledge in the area of practice.
  • Awareness of the NMC Code of Accountability.
  • Recruitment and selection skills.
  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.
  • Health Screening Experience (Desirable).
  • Leadership experience in a Senior/Deputy or Lead role
