Duties & Responsibilities:
Undertake training to understand the technical elements of the role.
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and clients.

Receive and resolve enquiries from customers and their advisors.
Ensure information on CRM systems are current and accurate.
Process any amendments to customer's accounts accurately
Ensure new customer information is onboarded accurately
Overseeing client accounts and ensure appropriate follow up is taken
Follow all procedures and regulatory requirements.
Liaise professionally with all third parties.
Communicate effectively internally.
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience in financial services is not essential - our client wants to nurture new talent. This could help you make this industry your career
Mortgages, Insurance, Financial Services, Pensions experience etc would be beneficial
Excellent IT skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to challenge information in a professional manner with third parties if needed
Ability to uphold standards and SLA's
