We are seeking a highly skilled Service & Projects Administrator to provide exceptional after-sales service and support to our customers in the food processing and manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide office-based after-sales service and support to customers.
  • Prepare quotes for spare parts, preventative maintenance, and chargeable work.
  • Conduct customer follow-ups and focus on equipment optimisation.
  • Perform equipment Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) in the UK and at European suppliers.
  • Assist with installation support, commissioning, and staff training.
  • Address line snagging issues and liaise with suppliers.
  • Drive sales of ancillary equipment and promote the company's full range of products and services.
  • Provide technical support and backup to the sales team, contributing to the sale of new projects.
Requirements
  • Technical background, preferably in food machinery.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • Ability to work autonomously, make decisions, and think clearly under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent organisational and administration abilities.
  • Confident in a customer-facing role, with good negotiation skills.
  • A proactive 'can do' attitude and a team player.
  • Willingness to learn, achieve goals, and progress within the company.
  • Electrical knowledge and CAD/SolidWorks proficiency are advantageous.
  • German or Dutch language skills would be beneficial.
