Financial Services Administrator

Our client, a successful Independent Financial Advice Practice, is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their Ipswich Office.

Purpose of the Role:

To provide administrative support to Independent Financial Advisers in the provision of independent financial services to clients.

To undertake client-related administration, review work, reporting, and implementation tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake client-related administration tasks, including reviewing work and reporting.
  • Implement tasks to assist Independent Financial Advisers in providing independent financial services to clients.
  • Complete tasks in an efficient and timely fashion.
  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office and other industry technical software packages.
  • Have strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Be a good team player with a flexible approach.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate in Financial Services or aim to achieve it.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to keep a time record of work undertaken on behalf of clients.
  • Understand the advice process and the need for a commercial relationship with clients.
