Financial Planning Assistant Role

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Assistant to join our team at Finlink Ltd. As a key member of our central hub, you will support our paraplanners and advisors in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the LOA end-to-end process, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Arrange meetings for advisors and perform a range of back-office administration duties
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, providing updates throughout the advice process
