As part of the Customer Service Representative role, you’ll require:
Proven experience providing excellent customer service and administration, ideally within the automotive sector
Competent with the use of Microsoft and Excel Applications
Hold excellent commincation skills and strong attention to detail
Must hold a UK drivig licence with no more than 6 points
Reporting to the the Head of Fleet, you’ll also be:
Coorodinate all incoming queries for new products, accessories and support services.
Processing orders and tracking the progress whilst ensuring the customer and account manager are kept up to dater at all times
Processing agreements
Handling physical and digital inspection of all vehicles
Hold excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Processing customer charges as and when required
Collaborate between the teams ensuring that documentation is processed and accurate
Salary & Working Hours
£25,552 per annum
Permanent
Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm
