Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced customer-facing professional to join our team at We Buy Any Car Ltd. as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of our car-buying service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Car Buying and Sales: Buy cars and ensure the smooth operation of our car-buying service.
- Customer Service: Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service to our customers.
- Branch Operations: Liaise with the back office and work colleagues to ensure seamless branch operations.
- Requirements:
- A current full UK manual driving license
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
