Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Olleco, a leading recycling and renewable energy company. About the Role

This is a phone-based customer service role, taking inbound and making outbound calls to our customers. You will be responsible for building rapport with our customers, identifying and resolving potential issues, and working collaboratively with the operations team to optimize our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone-based interactions
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Work closely with the operations team to optimize service delivery and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed customer service targets and key performance indicators
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably phone-based
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent
