Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Advisor to join our Pavers Shoes team in Coatbridge. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, advising customers on shoe care and accessories, and achieving daily KPIs.
About the RoleThis is a part-time opportunity to work 12 hours per week, with a mix of weekend and weekday shifts. You will need good availability to meet the demands of the role.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
- Advise customers on shoe care and accessories, achieving daily KPIs
- Be self-aware, questioning, learning, and taking responsibility for yourself
- Be a team player, maintaining a friendly, engaging, and positive attitude
- Support the maintenance of store standards, product placements, and stockroom
