We are currently searchingfor a PR and Samples Assistant with strong organisational and communicationskills to join the team. Reporting into the Senior PR Manager you will play a pivotalrole in the Brand team by managing the businesswide samples coordination as well as the daytoday upkeep of the PR wardrobe liaising directly with media talent agents and stylists onproduct callouts as well assupporting on PR projects events and reporting.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:

  • Daytoday coordination of global samples and stock movement for
    the business including PR requests wholesale appointments social/brand shoots andpartnership requests
  • Acting as first point of contact for the PR function and responding to media/talentrequests in a timely manner
  • PR and talent product send outs to drive product placement and brandcoverage opportunities
  • Working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure all sample needs are captured at thestart of each season and kept up to date in the businesscritical path
  • Communicating deadlines and key dates for sample loans with relevant stakeholders andflagging any issues
  • Using the company tracking tool to regularly review stock positions and ensure samplesare filed in the correct system locations
  • Supporting with stock takes each season with a key stakeholder from each team to ensurepositive inventory
  • Managing wardrobe storage ensuring all samples are in the correct areas and samples nolonger needed are returned or sent to sample sale
  • Supporting on key brand shoots including brand campaigns seasonal asset and ecommshoots
  • Supporting the Senior PR Manager with PR/gifting strategy events research and reporting
  • Managing invoices and carrying out general admin tasks to ensure the smooth running ofthe department

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A strong interest in fashion lifestyle and sports
  • Strong communication skills
  • A personable approachable and friendly
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Previous experience in fashion/working with samples is preferable but not essential
