As our Account Executive, you will work in a busy, demanding financial environment, whilst adhering to stringent deadlines. You will ensure good relations and communications with all clients as well as members of the team through living and promoting the Bibby Values.
You will develop a thorough understanding of clients’ needs with the aim of adding real value to their business as a true financial partner as well as making sure you respond in a timely and professional manner at all times. 
You will follow all procedures and processes to ensure risks are mitigated and client service is maintained at an outstanding level.  
Your key duties as our Account Executive will include:
Ensure security & profitability of a portfolio of debtors through efficient and effective Sales Ledger management

Through constant and thorough management of AQ, full Sales Ledger and delinquent accounts are accurate

Contact debtors abiding by the confidentiality clauses of the client contract

Determine whether contractual and non-contractual debts are not collectable based on a thorough understanding of the circumstances and historic precedents

Conduct thorough research on aged / ageing debt and determine which ones can be followed up by prioritising high risk debtors/clients

Provides an excellent level of service

Understand key issues with regard to factorability and client cash requirements

Identify and escalate possible risks or opportunities associated with their client and debtor portfolio to AETL or other the relevant parties

Collect financial information from the client including; PAYE, VAT, bank statements, Management accounts, aged creditors
What we are looking for in our ideal Account Executive:
Customer Service experience

Commercial risk awareness

Used to high volume calls & comfortable on the phone

Exceptionally high standards with meticulous attention to detail.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is commercially aware, confident on the phone and proactive in terms of protecting BFS’ security and profitability. Strong organisational skills coupled with an analytical mind and a good eye for detail are prerequisites for this candidate profile.
