This position has been the starting point for all of our operations team - who are in charge of delivering our core lead generation services for our clients - and the beginning of the successful careers of our operations manager and team managers

We offer a realistic, yet exciting, progression plan for everyone that can see you promoted within your first 6 months even.

**What will you be doing?**

Your day to day responsibilities will surround creating and maintaining successful lead generation campaigns for our clients on LinkedIn; Managing and overseeing account activity, reaching out to potential customers of our clients on their behalf, creating outreach points, consistent client communication, successful evaluation of campaigns and most importantly - driving results and generating sales leads

You will have the fantastic opportunity to work as an extension of a range of successful companies around the world. Some of your tasks will include..
- Managing client accounts and executing campaigns via Linkedin
- Conducting sales-driven conversations through LinkedIn
- Generating sales leads for clients
- Taking a proactive approach to your own day and performance
- Working towards fixed weekly and monthly targets

**Who are you?**

Don’t worry if this is all new to you, we can offer you all of the training you need, as long as you have the right attitude and some transferable skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in either retail, hospitality or a customer service based role
- Previous experience in a phone-based or client-facing position is a huge plus
- Strong communication; both with your team and your clients
- Confident with organising your time and day
- Team player and comfortable collaborating
- Driven to work your way up and develop your career
- A fast-paced environment doesn’t scare you away
- Positive attitude and outlook
