We are looking for an experience Sales Account Executive to join our team based in Salford.
Responsibilities
* Building relationships with new clients and manage relationships with existing ones.
* Generating business by inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries
* Managing the sales process from start to finish
* Updating records of all communication on CRM software
* Following up on all sales leads generated online
* Handling customer queries & complaints
* Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales
* Creating quotations and confirmations of orders on CRM software
Skills required:
* A proven record of proactive sales experiences along with hitting targets
* Confidence and enthusiasm
* Attention to detail
* Active listening skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Able to work under pressure
* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Effective team working
* Multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines would be essential
* Organisational skills
Holidays: 28 days including Bank holidays
Pension scheme
Working hours 8:00 - 17:30
