Job Title: B2B Sales Executive
Are you a motivated and energetic sales professional with a strong B2B background? We have an exciting opportunity for talented individuals to join a dynamic team in a vibrant office environment.
About the Role:
As a B2B Sales Executive, you’ll work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm at our lively and professional office. This fast-paced role will see you collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and convert inbound inquiries into new business. Additionally, you will actively source new leads, manage your own client sector, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inbound Sales: Convert inbound inquiries into new business opportunities, ensuring high conversion rates.
* Lead Generation: Actively source and identify new sales leads, expanding your client portfolio.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain and develop a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent performance.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and maximise sales potential.
* Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving the company’s growth.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales, preferably within service-based industries.
* Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
* Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and values teamwork.
