Regional Sales Manager-Foodservice

Responsibilities:
1. Managing, leading and coaching of the team of field sales executives.n2. Developing and executing sales plans and strategies to meet revenue targets.n3. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the London Area.n4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.n5. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities.n6. Analysing sales data and generating reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.n7. Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective product positioning and promotion.n8. Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to stay informed about industry trends and establish new contacts.
Requirements:nProven track record of sales within the Foodservice Sector.nExperience of managing a high performing team of sales executives.nExtensive knowledge of the FMCG market.nIndependent trade and small group account experience is desirable.
Overall, your role as a regional sales manager in the foodservice industry would require strong leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.
