Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our clients team as a BDM. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with QSR customers, B2B and foodservice distributors. You will play a key role in driving our growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and advancing our position in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the foodservice industry, with a focus on QSR, B2B and distributors.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to provide strategic insights and guidance to the executive team.
- Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and partners while delivering compelling sales presentations.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of account management and new business development within the foodservice or packaging industry.
- Experience working with QSR customers, B2B and foodservice distributors.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A self-driven and results-oriented mind-set.
