Project Administrator & Document Controller
Objective
To support the Project Manager with all administrative duties ensuring all works
are compliant with respect to; Project Delivery, Commercial Applications and Health & Safety.
Duties
· Create work packs to include
· Collation of completion packs from previous week
· Clock off completed works
· Raising outage requests on DOP System
· Raise and arrange Traffic Management requests
· Liaise with client & local authorities
· Liaison with 3rd party interface such as hire companies.
· Collation of Timesheets
· Attend Project Meetings
· Minute Meetings with Contracts/Planning/Project when required
· Cross reference cost & sales summary sheet with monthly commercial application and forward to Commercial Team.
· Various other ad hoc duties as required
Experience
· Have very good written and spoken English skills.
· Requires detailed knowledge & usage of excel
· Basic level of IT literacy.
· Ideally have experience in the utilities industry or similar.
