Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Technical Administrator to join our proactive and innovative team.

The purpose of this role is to support a project of 30 engineers with all aspects of administrative duties, inlcuding formulating reports, assisting in the tracking of project deliveries and quality measures, timesheet gathering and entry, aiding tracking and sound running of project financials.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional Excel skills
- Ability to prepare business reporting across multiple workstreams including scoping, designing, creating and maintaining dashboards and data models from scratch.
- Ability to maintain, adapt and troubleshoot pre-existing tools.
- Flexibility and ability to work across workstreams
- A “can-do” attitude who welcomes a challenge
- Problem solving, communication and teamwork skills.
- An eye for process improvement, detail and streamlining opportunities
- British National (not dual), able to gain or already in possession of security clearance

Desired Skills:

- Experience creating “how to” and trouble-shooting guides.
- Experience of using Leankit (Kanban)
- Teamcenter knowledge or willingness to learn
- Very good knowledge of MS office

- Minimum BPSS, SC Clearance will be required
