About the role:  
As client and product portfolio continues to grow exponentially, we are expanding our Product team to include an enthusiastic and proactive Partnership Executive. The Partnership Executive will initially be exclusively responsible for looking after all clients who utilise geolocation product, GeoLocs. Serving iGaming’s geolocation market for over 12 years and compliant with some of the strictest geolocation regulations in North America, GeoLocs, is trusted by world-leading iGaming operators and platforms. GeoLocs is a dedicated geolocation verification service available as a Software Development Kit (SDK) for web, iOS and Android. The self-manageable, easy to implement service delivers advanced geolocation technology across the iGaming and Sportsbook Sector. The ideal candidate will be an organized individual, a confident communicator and a presenter, who can find the best fit between client and product. As a proactive Partnership Executive, you will be responsible for helping to maintain and grow our GeoLocs partnerships and client relationships and revenues. You will also be responsible for contributing to ideas towards the development and innovation of client products and ensuring all operational integrity.
  
Main responsibilities are:   
Act as a key point of liaison with clients
Assist Product Team in growing client relationships
Assist Commercial Director, Snr management within the GeoLocs Team and the GeoLocs sales team with ideation, data analysis and continual innovation to grow existing clients and partnerships
Assist Account Management team in growing client relationships
Working closely with Product Owner and incorporating client feedback into the product roadmap
Monetise and grow relationships with accounts and partnerships
Support product development, ideation and innovation
Own and Support onboarding of new clients and partnerships
Work closely with operational team to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding all clients contractual commitments and Service Level Agreements
Ensure clients are kept up-to-date with product, project and operational progress.
Handle client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner.
Provide clients with reporting and performance analysis related to their geolocation services
Manage all client invoicing and contractual updates.
Contribute ideas for new and enhanced products/services and sales channels to the team.  
Key Skills & Attributes:  
1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to develop key accounts and partnerships in the sector.
The ability to learn about a client’s business and propose useful geolocation solutions to them.
A demeanour that clients and team members will find trustworthy, outgoing and personable.
The ability to learn about technical requirements.
The ability to learn about operational support
The ability to interest and convince an audience when presenting services.
An aptitude for deal-making.
A growth mindset.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Excellent time management with strong organisational skills.
Eager to learn about new mobile technology and selling technical solutions.
Desirable:  
Interest and experience (professional or personal) in the betting, gaming or lottery industry.
