We've also launched into Germany and raised over £10M of venture capital We're now on the hunt for a brilliant Partnerships Executive to join us on the next exciting phase of our growth.
We believe that 'talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not'. Our Platform Partnerships team plays a core role in empowering the next generation with the insights, advice and guidance to connect them with leading employers like Amazon, Google, HSBC and many more.
As a Partnerships Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our strategic partner firms and end clients, offering them proactive and data-informed solutions to a range of student engagement and upskilling challenges - all with support from senior members of the team.
You'll deliver targeted campaigns to our student network on behalf of our partners and clients, providing real-time data insights and building strong relationships to help foster further account growth. You'll therefore play a **pivotal **role in enacting real and meaningful change for the students and graduates in the UK
**What does this look like in action?**:
- **Client Delivery**:
- You will use **project management** and **marketing skills** to develop and implement targeted campaigns in line with our partner objectives
- You will support clients with the **content creation **and other collateral to engage their target audience effectively, whilst **tracking data trends **and monitor campaigns closely as they unfold, taking learnings into future activity to ensure optimal campaign results
- **Partnerships & Commercial**:
- You will take the lead on **your own portfolio **of tactical and strategic partner firms, building great relationships leading to renewals and wider access to partner clients, working closely with our Commercial Team to ensure their experience with Bright Network is excellent
- **Product**:
- You will support our partner firms in their **navigation of our data-tool's self-serve functionality**, making sure their experience is seamless
- You will work with our Technology Team, taking the lead on **capturing market intelligence and feedback** to help inform product roadmap and our long-term partner strategy & user journey
