About the Role: As the Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with key partners to drive mutual business growth. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to build impactful partnerships, develop joint go-to-market strategies, and leverage alliances for maximum market impact.



Responsibilities:



  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify potential partners aligned with our client’s goals and drive engagement to create valuable business alliances.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring satisfaction and mutual benefit.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership efforts with broader company objectives and customer needs.
  • Negotiation: Lead discussions and negotiations to create partnership agreements that align with business goals and provide mutual value.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute joint strategies with partners to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partnership outcomes, reporting on key metrics and optimizing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about market dynamics and emerging trends to identify new opportunities for partnerships.


Qualifications:



  • Experience: 3-5 years in partnerships, business development, or a related role, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and engage partners effectively.
  • Relationship-Building: Proven ability to develop and sustain partnerships that contribute to strategic business goals.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and familiarity with business development tools.
  • Adaptable: Agile in navigating a fast-paced environment and pivoting strategies when needed.
