The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support to the Customer Service and Fulfilment team with quality control checking, inventory management, booking customer orders, picking and packing orders.

The Key Responsibilities Are:

Inventory Management:nLiaising with the Fulfilment / Logistics Company and Production Team to check stock.nHaving first hand knowledge and memory of all inventory and communicating with the production team regarding stock production time frames.nBeing knowledgeable and having great memory on all collections, styles, size guides, SKU’s.nQuality control checking orders received from the production team ensuring all checks are completed as per quality control procedure.nQuality control checking returns and exchanges that have arrived and ensuring they’re as per our returns and exchanges policy.nUpdating returns and exchanges spreadsheet and communicating feedback to Customer service and production team.nManaging inventory system and ensuring it is updated weekly.

Shipping Logistics:nBooking shipments via Fulfilment / Logistics account.nPrinting shipping labels for customer orders.nBooking collections everyday between 1-3pmnAttaching labels to order packagesnAssisting customers tracking orders using tracking systemnSanity checking all orders have been shipped and delivered via tracking details ensuring delivered safely to the customer.

Order Fulfilment:nUpdating live orders and dispatch log spreadsheet with new ordersnChecking delivery requests to meet requests by customersnPicking and packing ordersnUpdating orders with tracking details.

Qualifications & Experience:nAll candidates are expected to have at least one years’ experience in retail fashion and a genuine desire to provide good service levels to the customer.nA minimum of one years’ experience in an online fashion or retail environment.nAn understanding and passion for Khanum’s and enthusiasm to represent the brand well.nFamiliar with working in a small focused team/start up environment.nDeveloped digital/tech skills.nExperience using Microsoft Excel.nIdeally has operations and logistics experience.

Qualities & Attributes:nAbility to remain calm and handle multiple tasks.nAbility to work in a fast paced environment.nGreat communication and writing skills with exceptional etiquette.nTime management and organisational skills are a must.nAgile and able to adapt to changes.nGreat memory and is a fast thinker.nExtremely efficient and works in a fast paced manner.nExceptional attention to detail.nQuick learner and ability to adapt with new platforms / dashboard.nReliability is extremely crucial.
