**Hours of employment**
Monday - Thursday: 09.00 to 17.30
Fri depending on season: 09.00 between 14.30-16.30
One Sunday per month: 08.30 to 15.00

Job Title: Order Fulfilment Assistant
Department: Warehouse
Reports to: Order Fulfilment Manager

**Salary**: £23,000 per annum

**Job Summary**

Purpose of this role is to facilitate Order Fulfilment Manager with day-to-day running of the department & ensure customer orders are processed accurately ready to be dispatched. In addition, there are opportunities to be involved in projects with growing the department.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting Order Fulfilment Manager with completing orders and other relevant tasks as required
- Attend & participate in regular team meetings, including weekly huddle
- Teamwork - Ensure staff are supporting each other within the team as well as supporting other teams as identified by manager
- Order Processing:
Ø Receive customer’s orders from Order Fulfilment Manager or through assisting a walk-in customer

Ø Ensure orders are pulled & measured accurately to meet shipping deadlines
- Quality Control - Inspect fabrics for quality to ensure there are no damages & if damages are found, this should be escalated to the Order Fulfilment Manager as soon as possible
- Communication with staff and customers:
Ø Ensure communication is always maintained professionally

Ø Escalate any queries to Order Fulfilment Manager if unable to assist
- Environment:
Ø Ensure the cutting room area is always maintain tidy

Ø Stock is returned in warehouse in timely manner

Ø Ensure measuring machines are kept clean and maintained

Ø Report any equipment’s faults or damages to Head of Warehouse as soon as it is identified

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
