As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfilment Assistant to join our team. **Responsibilities**:

- **Precision in order processing**: Process incoming orders accurately and on time.
- **Elevate packaging standards**:Ensure packaging meets high standards while maintaining brand authenticity throughout.
- **Strategic collaboration**: Coordinate with the fulfilment and e-commerce teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- **Proactive resolution**: Assist in the resolution of any order discrepancies or issues.
- **Customer service collaboration**:Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries related to order status and availability.
- **Optimising productivity**: Implement and maintain efficient fulfilment processes to optimise productivity.
- **Organised efficiency**:Maintain a clean and organised workspace to support an efficient fulfilment process.
- **Inventory control management**:Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocks.

**Requirements**:

- **Expertise in order fulfilment and logistics**: Proven experience in order fulfilment, logistics, or a related field.
- **Detail-oriented**:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- **Organisational skills**:Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- **Communication skills**:Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Adaptability**:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- **Computer skills**: Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer skills.
