We have a great opportunity for a Team Leader to join OB, in our Web Fulfilment Team here in our Warehouse. We will be looking to fill this role in the new year.

The shift pattern for this role will be Monday to Friday and Alternate Sundays 2:45pm-10:45pm. (There will need to be some flexibility required when covering shifts and during our Peak Periods)

As a Web Fulfilment Team Leader at OB, you will be responsible for overseeing picking, packing and the shipping of our products in line with OB picking and packing standards. You will support the Fulfilment manager to ensure the web pick and pack process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will line manage the team, coordinating their workloads via the tools provided while managing, training, and motivating them. You will develop your team by focusing on individual performance using KPIs to achieve high standards and lead by example bringing our values to life.

As an OB Web Fulfilment Team Leader you will...

  • Support, contribute and implement all aspects of change to working practices.
  • Work with the Fulfilment Manager to implement and monitor KPIs
  • Work with the Customer Services team to ensure all quality standards are met and maintained through effective communication and regular catch ups
  • Monitor and support the Assistant Team Leader in all nominated admin functions while managing and maintaining these in their absence.
  • Monitor and manage all pick and packing processes and advise the Head of Web Fulfilment on improvements with focus on improvements in productivity and efficiencies.
  • Support the Head of Web Fulfilment and Assistant Fulfilment Manager to manage, progress and develop the Warehouse Team Members
  • Ensure progress chats and appraisals are completed on time.
  • Communicate with the team on a regular basis to make them aware of priorities, targets, and operational requirements.
  • Answer questions from the team and support with ensuring they take pride in their work and that company standards are achieved throughout the fulfilment process.
  • Assist with preparing the weekly fulfilment rotas to ensure correct staffing levels.
  • Provide encouragement to the team, highlighting great performance as well as addressing any concerns.
  • Ensure adherence with all health, safety, and environmental policies
