Creative Fulfilment Assistant - (Not-Another-Bill Corporate / Bespoke-ly)

**The role** is a combination of gift wrapping, personalising products and preparing deliveries.

In addition to this the role is a mixture of practical, creative and operational tasks; you will be a natural multitasker with great attention to detail.

You’ll be assisting the fulfilment supervisor and project managers with all kinds of production responsibilities; from monogramming notebooks and engraving hampers, to beautifully wrapping a high volume of gifts, as well as prioritising simultaneous projects.

**Key responsibilities**
- Mastering all areas of personalisation including monogramming, embroidery and engraving.
- Helping the team to gift wrap products and package boxes and hampers demonstrating creative flair and attentiveness.
- Being hands-on and getting stuck in as part of a dynamic team, ready to demonstrate a range of practical skills from unpacking boxes to assisting couriers with deliveries.
- Impeccable eye for detail, focussed on perfecting tasks and bringing any potential errors within production to the attention of the management team.
- Helping across logistics and shipping, booking in, managing and tracking parcels.
- Helping the team fulfil all gifting requirements, including keeping the workspace organised, neat and tidy in order for all day to day tasks to run smoothly.
- This is a task-focused role that requires strong practical skills with an emphasis on efficiency and time management. The role demands a knack for remaining cool-headed under pressure, thriving within a team and owning independent tasks and learning. As well as being conscientious and detail oriented.
- We require a high level finish and flawless attention to presentation as we maintain a very high level of standards for our clients and output.

**About you**:
You’ll be fantastic at working within a team and have a keen and creative eye for detail. An energetic and dynamic individual with a real passion for gifting and creating a bespoke and personalised experience. Interested in commerce, branding and forward thinking creative solutions. Potentially having previously worked with typographic printing, embossing, or sewing machinery. Previous packing or gift wrapping experience would be preferred. You will stay calm and level headed under pressure, able to manage your time to the highest degree and be able to juggle multiple projects at once. Whilst extensive experience is not essential it would be great to demonstrate examples of working as part of a team within a high intensity environment.

**Salary**: London Living Wage.
