The Role
We are looking for a HR Shared Services Administrator to join our small and established HR Shared Services team in the West Midlands.
You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our HR operations run smoothly, all while providing top-notch service to our employees and stakeholders.
Location
We offer a hybrid working environment, giving you the flexibility to work both from home and in our office (in Oldbury, West Midlands). This balance allows you to stay connected with your team while enjoying the benefits of remote working.
Essential
You will:
Have previous experience of working within a HR Shared Services setting or a similar high-volume administration role
Be highly organised with ability to prioritise and multi-task high volume of daily work requests and meet deadlines
