KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Resourcing and recruiting candidates.nPreparing and processing 2 bureau payrolls per month for approx. 350 employees, ensuring accurate processing of salaries/worked hours, overtime, deductions, pensions, and additions such as bonus payments.nMaintain all employee master data within the company’s HR systems, including payroll and time and attendance systems.nReviewing and maintaining accurate employee work and absence records.nComplete new starter and leaver and onboarding processes.nCompletion of RTI submissions for tax codes and expense changes.nManaging pension schemes and contribution payments.nCompletion of annual salary reviews, bonus payments, P11Ds.nCompletion of payroll-related reports.nHR Management reporting.nSupporting the HR department with administration responsibilities including organisation of annual occupational medicals, producing reports and management data, and employee communications including email and letters.

SKILLS

Experience working within a similar role, either within recruitment, HR or payroll.nExcellent IT and numeracy skills are essential.
