Human Resources Consultant

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a skilled Human Resources Consultant to become a vital part of the HR team at a prominent pharmaceutical and e-commerce organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and manage all employee relations inquiries
  • Oversee assigned cases and provide prompt guidance
  • Mentor and support Line Managers in HR practices
  • Assess and pinpoint areas for organizational growth
  • Collaborate effectively with HR Business partners and key stakeholders
  • Promote employee wellness and oversee absence management

Qualifications:

  • Completion of A levels or equivalent qualifications
  • Level 5 CIPD certification or in progress
  • Background in HR within a wholesale or distribution environment
  • Strong analytical and coaching abilities
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
