Compensation:
£40,000 annually, inclusive of vehicle or vehicle allowance, 33 days of annual leave, pension scheme, life insurance, employee support program, wellness initiatives, and a flexible benefits package.

As a Human Resources Consultant, your role will encompass delivering comprehensive HR assistance, particularly focusing on Employee Relations, Organizational Change, Training and Development, and Talent Acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the HR division at pertinent site meetings as necessary.
  • Act as a representative for HR throughout the organization and with clients.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of the Employee Engagement Survey.
  • Contribute to policy formulation and development as required.
  • Design and implement HR training programs and other developmental activities in collaboration with HR Advisors and the Capability team.
  • Craft and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates (both internal and external) for various positions within the organization, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Proven experience in an HR Advisory capacity, preferably within a dynamic warehousing or logistics setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR protocols and procedures.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in IT, with a solid working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite.
- Exceptional capability to manage the transactional aspects of HR functions.
- Coaching and mentoring skills or relevant qualifications.
