We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to provide administrative support to our Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues
- Assist in payroll preparation
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
- PC literacy (MS Office, in particular, Excel and Word)
- Basic knowledge of labour laws
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
