About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate Asset Management Consultant to join our team at Arcadis. As a Graduate Asset Management Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering asset management solutions to our clients, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to provide expert advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the delivery of asset management solutions, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on asset management best practice, helping clients to optimize their asset management processes and improve their overall performance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to design and deliver digital asset management solutions, leveraging your technical expertise and creativity to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Manage risks and opportunities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Graduating in 2025 or having recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrating typical Arcadian skills, including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and being a team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home when required, with a flexible approach to working arrangements.
