If you have experience in an electromechanical assembly environment within the manufacturing sector and have and have successfully managed and trained a team of assembly technicians the role of Cell Leader could be an opportunity to grow your career with in this very well-established firm.
The role of Cell Leader will be responsible for the following areas:
To manage and motivate production operatives
Performance management, staff development set clear objectives
Optimising production capacity and output using lean manufacturing techniques
Set and monitor KPI's on shop floor
Ensure operational output, quality and cost targets are met
