**This specialist Behavioural Science Consultancy is applying behavioural science to solve complex challenges for their clients, across a number of industries. They are a dynamic and innovative consultancy dedicated to driving meaningful change through evidence-based interventions.

**The Role:**nAs the Lead Behavioural Strategist, you will be at the forefront of their behavioural change consultancy practice. Your role will involve:

- **Leadership:**nLeading a multi-disciplinary team of behavioural researchers, designers, and consultants to deliver high-quality behavioural change projects.n- **Client Engagement:**nPitching new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities to drive business development.n- **Strategy & Execution:**nBuilding strategic capability across the business and pioneering new approaches to behavioural architecture.nYou will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing tailored interventions, and ensuring smooth project execution.n- **Behavioural Science Expertise:**nApplying behavioural models, exploring biases and heuristics, and testing and iterating interventions to ensure effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities:**n- Lead and manage a team of behavioural scientists to deliver projects that meet and exceed client expectations.n- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the company’s behavioural architecture capabilities.n- Engage with clients to understand their challenges and pitch innovative solutions.n- Ensure the quality and consistency of project outputs.n- Conduct behavioural research, design interventions, and evaluate their impact.n- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

**About You:**n- Proven experience in leading behavioural science projects, ideally across multiple industries within a consulting environment.n- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.n- Excellent client management and business development abilities.n- Deep understanding of behavioural models, biases, and heuristics.n- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
