Our client, who are an award winning global brand activation partner are looking for a Strategist/Planner to join their incredible agency

You will be leading and working on CRM programmes and campaigns, providing expert advice to clients on consumer data initiatives. You will be client facing and confident in presenting and able to articulate complex data-driven insights into clear and compelling proposals.

Responsibilities

Develop data strategies, campaign plans and consumer journeys.nConfidently present proposals and analysis projects to senior clients.nEnsure all outputs such as marketing strategy, analysis or technology solutions.nSupport client services in identifying and developing organic opportunities within existing accounts.nProvide accurate work assessments.nBe able to select the most appropriate data advice to support the clients business objectives.

Skills and Experience

Be able to demonstrate experience within CRM, Data Strategy or Planning experience.nHands on experience of planning and analysing multi-channel marketing activity.nExperience working with high profile clients - B2B and B2CnExperience of leading large scale multi-channel marketing campaigns within the Data Marketing industry.nBe able to read a large audience, balancing delivery between the macro and micro picture.nExperience in presenting in an articulate and engaging way.nBe able to sell and influence clients.nAble to build strong relationships.nStrong understanding of how digital, social and offline data can be integrated into CRM programmes.

This role consists of someone to travel to Gloucestershire once a week (Travel expenses covered).
