**The Role:**

As the Lead Behavioural Strategist, you will be at the forefront of their behavioural change consultancy practice. Your role will involve:


- **Leadership:**

Leading a multi-disciplinary team of behavioural researchers, designers, and consultants to deliver high-quality behavioural change projects.

- **Client Engagement:**

Pitching new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities to drive business development.

- **Strategy & Execution:**

Building strategic capability across the business and pioneering new approaches to behavioural architecture.

You will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing tailored interventions, and ensuring smooth project execution.

- **Behavioural Science Expertise:**

Applying behavioural models, exploring biases and heuristics, and testing and iterating interventions to ensure effectiveness.

- Lead and manage a team of behavioural scientists to deliver projects that meet and exceed client expectations.
