Superco is the leading customer experience specialist for Shopify Plus brands. We combine our Shopify Plus knowledge with a deep understanding of what makes customers tick to drive revenue growth for our brands.

You'll be our marketing lead, using your Klaviyo expertise and strategic thinking to design data-driven campaigns that nurture leads, drive sales, and cultivate lasting customer relationships for our clients.

Role Description:

Email & SMS Strategist : Develop and implement data-driven email marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique audience and business objectives.

Klaviyo : Possess a deep understanding of Klaviyo functionalities and use them to design, build, and automate high-performing email campaigns.

Campaign Planning & Delivery : Plan and manage the entire email marketing campaign lifecycle, from strategy to execution and analysis.

Creative Execution : Craft compelling email copy and design visually appealing email templates that resonate with target audiences.

Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of email marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Reporting & Optimisation : Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and recommend ongoing optimisations to maximise client results.

Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their needs, translate them into effective email marketing strategies, and ensure their satisfaction with campaign outcomes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an email marketing manager or specialist with a strong track record of success in driving results.nIn-depth knowledge of Klaviyo functionalities and best practices for building effective email campaigns.nExcellent copywriting, design, and project management skills.nExperience working with data to inform strategic decision-making and campaign optimisation.nStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.nA passion for email marketing and a continuous drive to improve campaign performance.
