The Role
You will be responsible for helping our clients—a Fortune 100 automotive manufacturer—succeed by delivering high-quality data-driven reports and initiatives to improve the marketing campaigns for their after-sales subscription business. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and develop appropriate data-driven solutions.
We are looking for an experienced analyst with good commercial acumen who can:nBe proactive in using data to improve the digital marketing performance of our client’s business more strategically.nEfficiently query and analyse data across multiple SQL databases.nInitiate impactful analytics projects, generate actionable statistical insights and translate them into business recommendations.nCollaborate closely with the clients and wider team of strategists, account managers, and other specialists.nSupport and improve regular reporting, e.g. through automation and providing better insights and recommendations.nFocus on prioritising and completing projects on time.
You will have the exciting opportunity to accelerate our client’s transformation efforts into becoming a data-driven, sustainable manufacturer of tomorrow. You will also have the opportunity to work on projects in adjacent areas. This means lots of growth opportunities in different areas, from Big Data Analytics to Electric Vehicles.
You will be managed by the Director of Customer Analytics, who will be invested in accelerating your growth and advocating for your success.
Key responsibilities:nEnsure client success by delivering and presenting high quality work on time.nBe proactive in developing high-quality data-driven solutions to key business challenges while collaborating closely with the clients and wider team.nQuery and manipulate data from a variety of sources, and explore the data with rigorous statistical methods (including building models where needed).nConduct regular reporting, automate processes and create reproducible code and documentation.nSupport the business in implementing solutions with insights.
