Client Success Manager We have a fantastic role with a family owned Corporate Travel Management Company based in Hampshire as an Account Manager. Client Success Manager, Responsibilities
- Develop a progressive relationship with clients
- Implement a business telephone review process for each client
- Monitor service performance against productivity metrics
- Provide meaningful policy recommendations to the client
- Develop customer focused solutions
- Coordinate regular update meetings, quarterly review meetings and annual review meetings
Client Success Manager, Requirements
- Previous experience of working in a TMC or Airline as a Account Executive or Account Manager.
- Business or leisure travel experience
- High level of communication skills
- Passionate and enthusiastic
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Additional Information
- Remote role or if commutable hybrid in their office in Hampshire
- Paying up to £45,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday
- Social events
