  • Higher Success are working in partnership with a client to build something new together. We are building a community of expert recruiters who are high performing and totally focused on clients. This is a community of people who want to work with a peer group and have support to be the best recruiter that they can be whilst working for themselves. The community allows you to be your own boss but with the comfort, support, commercial advantage, and personal fulfillment of being a part of something bigger.
  • It’s cooperative, considerate, consultative, customer orientated, caring; it’s a community. They are full of like-minded peers who love recruitment and want to take a bigger piece of the pie and have more freedom and independence
  • There are huge personal and commercial benefits to starting up your business in this way. If you bill 200k in a year for example the take home for you would be £170k which is huge
  • Have high quality coaching whilst running your own business. Have life coaching, recruitment coaching and general performance coaching to help you be as successful as possible. Have mentors and people you can bounce ideas around with rather than doing it all alone.
  • Get LinkedIn Recruiter from day 1 (included) with no start up
  • Be fully operational and ready to start bringing in clients within 2 WEEKS


What do they help with?

  • TOB all done and all legal side taken care of
  • All finance, invoicing, and credit control taken care of
  • Payroll of all contractors including time sheets and compliance
  • They will give you LinkedIn Recruiter from day 1 which is a massive cost
  • Very experienced Business coaches working with you to help you develop your business plan, to help you drive forwards and become very high billing
  • CRM and other tools all set up ready to use
  • Website and specific landing page for your market and business.
  • Community share ideas, win business together, do splits on roles, give each other advice etc. Really champion each other forwards.


Who would suit this model?

  • Experienced 360 recruitment consultants, Recruitment Managers/ Executive Search Consultants in any location in the UK who are interested in owning their own business
  • You can be from any recruitment sector/ market specialism, recruiting to any industry as long as there is a business case. You will be unlikely to make a business case in very high compliance high risk industries like medical and eduation.
  • Someone who has been thinking about whether they should work for themselves and earn more money but aren't fancying doing it alone isolated and having to do all the boring back office work
  • Ideally you will have done Business development before and have proven success winning your own clients as you will need to do this in order to build a client base.
  • You do not need to know how to set up a recruitment business to do this
  • You do not need to have been a director before
  • You can do Perm, contract temp or retained recruitment on this model.

Higher Success are assisting with member acquisition on behalf of our client so please apply now confidentially so that we can start sharing more information with you to see if this is right. Following a conversation with Higher Success you would then have the opportunity to discuss the model with their founder, a very inspirational leader in the industry. You will have the opportunity as well to talk to other members throughout the acquisition and vetting process.


Please note this role is not a salaried position, it is a model to set up as an independent recruiter within a community with all your back office taken care of
