Business and Client Development Manager

Role Summary
A key role supporting the current and future growth of our Consultancy. The Business and client development manager role comprises of a combination of Business Development, Marketing and Account Management. This Business and client development manager will have overall responsibility for our customer funnel. Leading on our LinkedIn marketing, developing and maintaining business development and client account management strategies.
Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Generation of awareness of Inspiros Consulting through LinkedIn and other mediums outlined in the marketing plan
- Build on our existing content buckets and articles to create a content calendar and library of content
- Ownership and maintenance of the CRM System and sales navigator
- Maximise all opportunities to connect to current and potential future clients
- Manage Trade Member association relationships, seeking opportunities to partner, foster relationships and utilise their marketing tools to grow network connections
Client development:
- Build on an already established network of contacts to bring opportunities into the business that can be converted to proposals/SOWs
- To take the lead on client relationships, and ensure robust client relationship management
- Engage with both existing and lapsed clients to establish potential business opportunities and implement actions to convert to proposal/SOWs
- Attend workshops where required and co-facilitate when needed to gain a better understanding of Inspiros services and deliverables.
- Ensure effective management of customer feedback/satisfaction surveys
- Employ account management techniques to maximize revenue opportunities within all accounts, harvesting by building relationships with existing and new budget holders

- A desire to be a part of building and shaping a growing business, (which requires a willingness to ‘roll sleeves up ‘and get involved in all aspects of the business from time to time
- You enjoy working with a wide range of people and your relationships with your colleagues and clients are a super important part of your job satisfaction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in networking, prospecting, public speaking and presenting.
- Willingness to develop a good understanding of Pharma and Consumer Healthcare commercialisation and launch principles.
- An understanding of social media and marketing strategy
- Sales tenacity without pushiness or ‘cheesy-ness’
- The ability to contribute individually, plan and manage workload, but also able to work collaboratively as part of a close team.
