We have some very exciting opportunities to join our flagship store in Jermyn Street as a Sales Consultants, Full and Part Time opportunities are available. In this role you will play a supportive part in growing and shaping the brand.


WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

As part of this role, you'll immerse yourself in our brand and products, aiming to provide an exceptional experience for every customer, fostering a loyal client base. Working towards individual goals, you will contribute to a collaborative team effort to achieve success.

  • Drive towards financial targets, actively engaging on the shop floor to inspire and support your team in reaching their individual goals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, growing your client base through proactive outreach and personalized interactions.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising throughout the store, creating a dynamic and inviting environment for both customers and the team.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
  • Stay informed about our products to provide accurate information and expert styling advice.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Proven ability to deliver top-tier service in a fashion, lifestyle, retail, or customer-focused environment.
  • Passionate about selling, thriving in a target-driven setting where achievements are rewarded.
  • Eager to build strong relationships and cultivate a loyal client base.
  • Flexible and motivated, with the ability to support the evolving needs of the business.


Full-Time role is based on 37.5hrs and Part-Time based on 22.5hrs / 3 days per week, Monday – Saturday only, we are closed on Sundays.
