Our client, a leading manufacturer in their field is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Customer Service Administrator to join their established and thriving customer service and technical sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Working within the customer service side of the team the main day to day tasks will focus on answering incoming calls from customers and directing to the relevant team while also dealing with customer service calls.
These customer service calls will include requests for ETA's on deliveries, proof of deliveries, requests for catalogues, requests to stop catalogues and mailings, request for copies of invoices, customer complaints and generally resolving issues.
Managing the main sales inbox passing on enquiries, orders, leads etc. to the sales team on a fair rotation system in a timely manner.
You will also be responsible for customer service/sales administration tasks such as importing web site orders, importing Amazon orders, replying to Amazon information requests, Amazon returns requests.
Processing, packing, and posting product samples sent from the sales team.
Processing basic sales orders on sales order processing system
Ad Hoc sales administration as required by the sales team/sales manager.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
Strong telephone manner, polite, confident with excellent listening skills
Minimum 2 years customer services experience in an office environment
Good understanding of customer service and sales administration
Ability to multi-task calls, emails, tasks in a professional and organised way
