Customer Service Coordinator
Our client, a leading engineering and defence company, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a permanent, hybrid role based in Havant, UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate quotations and proposals in response to customer enquiries.
* Generate documentation for internal management approval.
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including engineering, production, and sales teams.
* Identify new business opportunities and progress negotiations to order stage.
* Utilise software such as Excel, Word, and SAP to ensure efficiency.
* Proactively ensure customer satisfaction and meet KPIs.
* Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Team player with a proactive approach.
* Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
