Finance Manager | Rapid-Growth Ecommerce Brand | London (hybrid)


Harmonic are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a fast-growth personalised ecommerce business in their search for a Finance Manager to join their growing team.


Our client are currently undergoing an immense period of growth, with turnover at circa £50m, and they are anticipating a further 20% growth next year. They have identified their niche within ecommerce and have made great strides in becoming the go-to brand for what they do best. Culturally, they have an open environment, where new ideas are consistently welcomed and collaboration encouraged.


Reporting to the Financial Director, with significant exposure to the CFO in the form of reporting, you will be the go-to person in finance for key financial information and will have ownership of month-end, management accounts, while also assisting with commercially focussed duties, ranging from budgeting and forecasting to partnering.


Responsibilities

  • Ownership of month-end and production of management accountants
  • Consolidating group accounts
  • Reporting to C-suite level
  • Production and reporting on domestic and international sales tax
  • Assisting with the annual audit
  • Management of treasury and cash flow reporting
  • Oversight of transactional finance, including payroll and payment runs
  • Supporting with budgeting and forecasting
  • Monitoring and implementing financial controls
  • Analysing COGS and assets


Essential criteria

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
  • 2+years at Finance Manager level
  • Experience in an ecommerce-led SME
  • Exposure to multi-revenue streams/sites
  • Advanced Excel skills


Desirable criteria

  • Knowledge of Xero


Salary: £60,000 to £70,000

Location: Central London (3 days in the office)

Start date: ASAP
