About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Ecommerce Manager to join our UK-based fashion label, known for its rapid growth and innovative approach to digital marketing. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our online sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the net revenue, average order size, value, and conversion rate of our ecommerce platform.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.
  • Utilize analytical and CRO tools to gain insights, build hypotheses, and test new ideas to optimize our KPIs.
  • Collaborate with our Brand and Commercial teams to execute product and collection launches.
  • Work closely with our Commercial Analysts to unlock customer, marketing, and business insights, leading to optimized activity.
  • Stay up-to-date with ecommerce and CRO best practices through training, research, and industry events.
Requirements
  • A strong analytical background with experience working with platforms like Fospha and GA4.
  • Excellent understanding of retail, ecommerce, and marketing businesses.
  • A proven track record as a commercial individual with a deep understanding of brand and customer behavior.
  • Intellectual and emotional intelligence, with a balanced approach to decision-making.
