About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at Pathfinders Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for defining and implementing an industry-leading ecommerce process and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive commercial outcomes
  • Lead on digital innovation and manage the website development pipeline to enhance customer journeys
  • Own and optimise the conversion funnel to improve sales and revenue
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to deliver a cohesive strategy across paid search, social, SEO, email, and SMS marketing
  • Manage the delivery of campaigns and activations across digital platforms to maximise online revenue generation opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ecommerce management with a strong track record of success
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing principles, theory, and best practice
  • Hands-on experience of managing web development projects to optimise customer experiences
  • Strong technical skills, including web literacy and proficiency in data extraction and reporting tools
  • Demonstrable experience of managing multiple digital platforms and integrations with backend systems
