The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team and developing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to increase online sales and improve the user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy to drive sales and improve the online trading and digital merchandising of the UK and global website.
- Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize web content in line with marketing and promotional calendars.
- Support ecommerce integrations and functionality with the ERP system and act as the key point of contact for external web development agencies.
- Manage new product processes and conduct weekly and monthly reports, analysis, and insights across all digital marketing and ecommerce channels.
- 4+ years of experience in ecommerce
- Great leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team within an ecommerce or digital marketing setting
- Highly creative and analytical with a focus on driving digital sales and improving the user experience
A competitive salary between £40,000 to £50,000 dependent on experience, hybrid working 2/3 days in the Central London offices, and a host of benefits including private medical insurance, employee discount, training, holidays, and bonus opportunities.
