About the Role

Solis Recruitment is partnering with a global consumer lifestyle and accessories brand to find an Ecommerce Manager to drive their digital sales strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team and developing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to increase online sales and improve the user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy to drive sales and improve the online trading experience
  • Lead a small team to achieve ecommerce goals and objectives
  • Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize web content
  • Support ecommerce integrations and functionality with the ERP system
  • Act as the key point of contact for external web development agencies
  • Manage new product processes and seasonal collections
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reports and analysis across all digital marketing and ecommerce channels
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in ecommerce
  • Great leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team
  • Highly creative and analytical with a passion for innovation
  • Excellent time management and adaptability skills
What We Offer

A competitive salary between £40,000 to £50,000 dependent on experience, hybrid working 2/3 days in the Central London offices, and a range of benefits including private medical insurance, employee discount, training, holidays, and bonus opportunities.
